The pandemic has created challenges for everyone around the world. The nature of our lives and work has changed. Yet, humans can adapt; especially if we have great support around us. Work and community provide the social connection that is essential for our ability to cope and bounce back from adversity.

This Webinar explores how to create resilience and connection in the workplace for essential workers who may struggle mentally and for those working remotely who may feel isolated.

About the Presenter: A past Petroleum Safety Conference presenter, Pat Ferris has provided mental health, trauma and safety services to the oil and gas Industry for 30 years. She has a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work and a Doctoral degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
