Application | COR Expiry Extension

In extenuating circumstances employers may apply to have the expiry date of a COR or SECOR extended up to 90 days from their certificate expiry date. Employers may apply by completing this application form.

Application and extension limitations

The employer may apply before their original certificate expires but no later than 10 days after the certificate expiry date. COR Expiry dates cannot be extended past December 31.
