Instructional Skills Development
This course is designed for ESC instructor candidates learning how to teach adult learners in a modern classroom, ethically and competently.
This train-the-trainer course is required for all new Energy Safety Canada (ESC) instructors. Once completed, it ensures that the trainer is well-equipped to deliver a diverse number of courses to others.

- There is no exam for this course
- Attendance and full participation are mandatory see Cancellation Policy
- Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp and may continue beyond 4:30 p.m. MT
