Work Site Parties include 10 named key stakeholders: employers, supervisors, workers, contractors, owners, prime contractors, suppliers, service providers, self-employed persons and temporary staffing agencies. These key stakeholder are responsible for health and safety in the workplace. 

Energy Safety Canada released a series of safety bulletins intended to assist the oil and gas industry with understanding the changes.
