Video Re-creation of Confined Space Triple Fatality Incident

On November 15, 2018, three workers in Leduc, Alberta, were fatally injured due to nitrogen gas exposure in a confined space.

Through Creative Sentencing with Alberta OHS, Energy Safety Canada has launched a 3D-animated re-creation video portraying the events that led to the incident. This video highlights critical controls required for working with confined spaces and hazardous asphyxiants.
