About the Presenters: Norm Ritchie’s 34 years in the oil and gas industry have been split equally between Exploration & Production and consulting companies.

Rick Theriau has 38 years in oil and gas and has worked predominantly in the drilling & completions service side of the industry. The roles allowed for the development of his skill set and the development of future leaders.
