About the Presenter: Doreen McAllister is a Supervisor, Commercial Transport Enforcement with the BC Ministry of Transport – Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement. She has been with the CVSE for 21 years, prior to which she drove commercial vehicles extensively throughout North America.
