Breaking the Stigma of Mental Health with Corey Hirsch

After representing Canada in the 1994 Olympics, NHL goaltender, Corey Hirsch began having panic attacks, something he felt he couldn’t share with his teammates. Later, after being diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Corey says putting a name to the illness was a relief. Now as a mental health advocate, Corey shares his own story to help others who might be struggling.
