Roloc Bell Separates from Winch Line

The Roloc Bell separated from the winch line while a driver was winching a light plant on to a bed trucks live roll. The rear window guard had been removed from the truck. The stored energy in the winch line caused the winch line to enter the cab through the rear window and exit out the driver’s side front windshield. The driver was very fortunate to have only received minor bruising on his right arm.
