Incident and Accident Investigation


Personnel who are required to carry out or assist in incident investigations will be given the tools to identify the contributing and causal factors of accidents to learn from what went wrong in order to make meaningful corrective actions.

It is designed for anyone who will be developing or revising a company’s safety program. The owner or senior manager of a company holding a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) who needs to maintain their SECOR status by completing a qualifying course related to health and safety every three years.

  • Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive Certificate that does not expire, virtual course certificates are self-print
  • There is no exam for this course
  • Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp and may continue beyond 4:30 pm MT
