The Formal Hazard Assessment (FHA) is a step-by-step analysis of all activities performed within a company and helps guide the development of the overall health and safety management system. The end goal is to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.

In this online session, you will learn about the FHA process as it relates to the Energy Safety Canada's COR and SECOR Audit Protocols.
