The Interview Breakdown list is now available in the COR Audit Tool. This feature helps you quickly identify and correct discrepancies between interview scores and audit findings.
The Interview Breakdown section is located under On-Site Activity in the Completed Interview List. Expand the relevant interview using the accordion control, then update the response as required.
After making changes, go to the Audit Results tab and select Calculate Scoring Summary to ensure the updated score is applied. For step-by-step guidance, refer to the demonstration video.
