Cathodic Protection Rectifier Training


This course teaches cathodic protection technicians how to safely work with a cathodic protection rectifier.

Upon completion

Upon successful course completion and examination with a minimum score of 70%, completion of the NACE International CP 1 Tester course and 1,000 hours of work experience, students can then apply for certification with AAIT. You will receive an Energy Safety Canada Certificate of Completion that does not expire..

  • Digital multimeter rated CAT IV 600V (preferred) or CAT III 600 V or 1000V (minimum acceptable)

Notes

  • Students must be on time and present for all course content instruction. Students who miss any course content cannot be certified and registration fees will not be reimbursed, as per the Cancellation Policy.
  • Course duration may continue beyond 4:30 pm
