Cancellation Policy

A full refund for in-person registrations will be granted if requests for cancellations are received by Monday, November 10, 2021 at 5:00 pm MT. Before this date, you can also change your registration to the virtual experience or defer your registration to the 2022 Petroleum Safety Conference. Requests for cancellation or changes must be made in writing and emailed to No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit towards the 2022 Petroleum Safety Conference.

Substitutions for in-person and virtual registrations are permitted at no charge and will be accommodated until Monday, November 22, 2021 at 5:00 pm MT. 

Virtual registrations are not refundable as recorded sessions will be available following the conference.

Energy Safety Canada reserves the right to change the format, content and timing of the event program, subject to health and safety regulations and restrictions.

Should any health and safety restrictions be introduced that limit the in-person attendance size, in-person attendance spots will be awarded on first-come-first-served basis. Remaining registrants will have the option to receive a refund, change their registration to the virtual experience or defer their registration to the 2022 Conference.
