eCompliance Audit Tool Issue Identified Impacts Audits Registered and In Progress

New version of eCompliance Audit Tool
eCompliance has published a new version of the eCompliance Audit Tool that is impacting registered audits, audits in progress & returned for revisions audits.

Issue
When attempting to start an audit or access an audit file in progress the user will receive an error message.

Solution 
  • Secure your current audit data by saving all audits .eca file(s) onto your local computer. Save to a folder you can easily locate on your computer (i.e. Desktop)
  • Uninstall the Audit Tool and reinstall the latest version from this link: http://audittool.ecompliance.com/
  • Open the .eca file in the latest version to access your audit
