eCompliance Audit Tool Issue Identified Impacts Audits Registered and In Progress

eCompliance has published a new version of the eCompliance Audit Tool that is impacting registered audits, audits in progress & returned for revisions audits.

When attempting to start an audit or access an audit file in progress the user will receive an error message.

When attempting to start an audit or access an audit file in progress the user will receive an error message.
Solution
- Secure your current audit data by saving all audits .eca file(s) onto your local computer. Save to a folder you can easily locate on your computer (i.e. Desktop)
- Uninstall the Audit Tool and reinstall the latest version from this link: http://audittool.ecompliance.com/
- Open the .eca file in the latest version to access your audit
