Effective February 11, 2019 - Bridging of certificate expiry dates will no longer be in effect.
Upon successful completion of this course and examination, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that is valid for three years from the date of completion.
Students who successfully complete Rig Tech 2 (which includes the First Line Supervisor’s Blowout Prevention theory) are eligible to challenge the exam within 90 days of completion and verification.
If you fail the exam following the course or when taking a challenge exam, you are allowed one rewrite within a 30 day period. Rewrite fees apply. If at any time the exam is failed twice, you will be required to retake the full four-day course.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL
The examination may be challenged every second renewal, provided your current certification has not expired.
